EXCELLENT Introduction to Magic Tricks

This is an excellent first magic book. In true DK fashion, the photos are big, colorful, and clear, and the instructions are well written. There are written directions and photos for each step of creating the tricks. As a result, the reader can understand clearly step-by-step what s/he needs to do to make each magic trick work. The kids presenting the tricks (the "magicians") are boys and girls, although disproportionately white -- there is one African-American girl magician. Overall, an excellent book.
