This machzor (a book containing the order of the worship service and its prayers, hymns, and poems) honors Yeshua as Messiah (Jesus as Christ) and is designed for the beginner who has never observed the biblical holy days of Yom Teruah ("Day of Trumpets," aka Rosh HaShanah, "Head of the Year") or Yom Kippur ("Day of Atonement")--but would like to learn how. Margins contain helpful historical background information on the ancient liturgy, as well as any Scripture references related to its content. All liturgy is presented in both Hebrew and English, along with complete transliterations (pronunciations that are written using the letters of the English alphabet). Don't know how the melodies are supposed to go? Not a problem! Any of the liturgies that are traditionally sung are also shown with musical notation.
