Lyon on the Loose

A boy named Pete who does many things well somehow has trouble when he tries to spell. His adorable puppy named Lyon escapes from the house as Pete's friend Joe is supposed to come over to play ball. Before Pete leaves to look for his dog, he writes a very innocent note for Joe, asking him to help in the search, not realizing the note's misspelling. A calamity ensues when the note falls into the wrong hands, and it is believed an actual Lion is on the loose. Our main character learns the power of perseverance, whether you're five or fifty, a valuable lesson at any age.
