The book was inspiring. Even though I bought it as a gift I read it several times. Could not put it down.

Lynn Front to Back by Lynn Kohlman

I wanted to read this book ever since I saw Lynn and Donna Karan on the Oprah show. I was impressed with their friendship. This is a beautiful graceful book with soul. Lynn's essence,strength,inner & outer beauty shine through every single page. Her photography is magnificent. I came away feeling better towards the world and all the creatures in it. I feel clearer (fresher)about the priorities in my own life. This is a wonderful inspiring book that captures a journey of life, it's textures, colors and challenges. I did not put it down until I finished it. If she publishes more books - count me in! I will buy sight unseen.

there is no other word to describe this book besides amazing. it was such a life changing book to read. it helped me realize so many things about my life, and just proved how extraordinary of a person lynn is. i would recommend this book to anyone who has any interest in fashion or photography.

If you are thinking this is another coffee table book, you would be wrong. This book is much, much more. It is a life affirming book written by a woman who is not only courageous, but also generous and kindhearted in letting her readers enter into her private world and sharing that world with us. There wasn't one page in this book that didn't captivate me, whether it was the written word or an image taken by Lynn or an image taken of Lynn. Lynn's writing is as moving and beautiful as are the photographs in this extraordinary book. LYNN FRONT TO BACK is a testament to the power of a person's will to live life to the fullest, from rafting above the Arctic Circle to facing a life threatening illness. It is a personal journey that will transform its readers.
