Billionaire CEO Roxanne Medina has conquered small-town bullies, Princeton snobs, and boardrooms of white male executives who looked down on her Mexican-American ancestry. Mothering a princess--and... This description may be from another edition of this product.
This was a fun read. The spice was just enough but the story of a billionaire who chose her partner due to his need for money, title of being a prince, and his good looks was what interested me the most. Roxanne is a billionaire who has all the power and money but is ready for a child. A baby girl to be exact. Roxanne’s biological mother is very narcissistic and neglected Roxanne all of her life. Roxanne is ready to have a child so she can give her daughter everything she ever needs and wants. Then we have Prince Mateo who is struggling to find a grape that will be climate tolerant and save his land. Like Roxanne, Mateo’s parents are also very narcissistic and only care about themselves. See what happens when a billionaire buys a prince to be her baby daddy.
I enjoyed this book. I appreciated the strong character and deep relationships that Roxanne has with several different people. I also enjoyed how Roxanne and Mateo’s relationship plays out.
