Beautiful words and pictures. Great book!

This is a beautiful book for both the poems and thoughts as well as the beautiful illustrations. It is written by Deniece Williams, who has won several Grammies and had at least 8 top-40 albums along with at least 3 #1 Top Ten hits. She has 4 children of her own. I There is a poem on one page and opposite that page is a little paragraph lesson for parents about God's love for children, ended by a beautiful Bible verse, such as "I have loved you with an everlasting love." (Jeremiah 31:3) I love this book for it's gentleness and beautiful quiet words that focus on what is most important in our lives--our love for others and God's love for us and our children. The illustrations leave you with a sense of wonderment and peace.
