Lucky Break

A small-time crook serving a 12-year jail sentence for bank robbery is recruited by the warden to produce a play that the warden has written using prisoners as the actors. He discovers that the prison chapel, where the play will be held, offers the perfect escape route. But, when time to make his escape arrives, he finds himself torn between his freedom and the growing feelings toward the female lead of the play, the prison's psychologist.
