A small town detective, is confronted with a brutal murder that seems easily solved until a mistake in his investigation frees the main suspect, Lucas. That suspect comes under suspicion for a string of murders going back to his childhood, yet as the investigator digs for the truth, he finds that he is opening a Pandora's box of theft, child abuse and even more murders.
