In this Case study, I discussed the technical & economical benefits for ExxonMobil Hydraulic & Slide way Lubricants in Metalworking industry at a Customer's workshop which Consider one of the Strategic customers in this industry and make the Cost analysis for the operation of PeddingHaus Machine (DG 1100 MITER BAND SA ) within two cases of study: 1) Technical inspection & Cost Analysis of the Hydraulic unit (PARKER Hydraulic unit) before & after using Mobil DTE 10 Excel 46 as Hydraulic oil. 2) Monitoring the movement efficiency, accuracy & the quality of finish cut of the Band Saw Blade Parallel with Cost analysis for the operation before & after using Mobil Vactra No. 1
