Yes, it's a cat's life, and it isn't easy. We are misunderstood, and accused of being self centred. Receive no thanks for gracing humans with our presence. We go about our daily lives with the pretence of making everything look easy. We may be perfect beings, but not infallible. Sometimes we mistake the sofa for a scratching post, or the bathroom for the cat litter box. We often perform a hostile takeover of your bed, honestly, we think it is our property.
It's a Cat's Life is a collection of cat poems, some funny, some serious. All written from a cat's point of view. Take a peek into the mind a cat. Then wonder why we have been silent for such a long time and have a hard time being taken seriously.
