A good story with relevant issues

I got this book and I enjoyed it. No, I didn't care for Regis being treated that way by Laine. She really went through issues that really strained the pregnancy. Laine thought he could NEVER give a baby to a woman, and he really thought that Regis had cheated on him. It really don't make it any better when Regis left the ship in Miami thinking that the woman Laine was crying out in his sleep about was his ex-wife, and in reality his sister. What a sad situation. I am glad they reconciled their differences to make the marriage work. I really enjoyed this book

miracle's everyday

i always have enjoyed ms.thomas books,they are the greatest.laine and regis story was a wonderful story to read they had problems but they worked them out.i didn't care for the way laine treated regis throughout her pregancy but at least he came to his senses and they wore able to resolve their negative feelings toward each other ;however i do understand why laine acted the way he did. they really love each other and thats all that counts.this should be a movie for the holidays. jacqueline you are one of the best.

That Ransom family is something else!!

Yes, Thomas has done it again with this new book! I loved it. I love that Ransom family. I have been waiting to here about Laine's story, I must say I never expected that type of storyline. I really enjoyed it a lot. Regis and Laine's love was a love at first sight and it just kept getting better and better. I read this one by Thomas in one setting. If you like family sagas with one of a kind family members, than you will love Thomas's new work with the Ramson family. And the very good thing is that Thomas is way from being finished with this crew. Matt and Kaitlin's story is coming out next year, so be on the look out for it, it is sure to please! Excellant Read!!

After being told that he could not children, Laine Ransom is heart broken and believes that he will never find someone to marry again. Given a trip on a single's cruise for a birthday present from his family he plans to relax and maybe flirt a little. He is shocked when he meets his dinner companion Regis Melbourne and they are attracked to each other.Regis is given the ticket to the cruise from her sister who feels that she will meet the man of her dreams. When she meets Laine she is shocked at how much they have in common.After falling in love they are married on the cruise ship, but after a misunderstanding Regis leaves to return home to CA. Little does she know that she became pregnant on her wedding night.Laine does not believe that the baby is his because he was told he has a low sperm count. Their was a lot of distrust and heartache between Laine and Regis. But love prevails and after the trials they were able to get things on back on track.I love the way Mrs. Thomas wrote this holiday novel. It helps you to realize the gifts from above. I can't wait for Kaitlin and Matt's story. And I would like to see Regis's sister find love and happiness.

Laine Ransom wanted a wife and child to love. The doctor's told him he couldn't have any children. His family decided to give him a cruise trip as a birthday present. On this trip, is where he met Regis Melbourne. Regis owned a beauty salon in California. Her sister Sabrina gave her the tickets for the cruise. Regis was reluctant to go on the trip, but went to please her sister. She met Laine Ransom and fell in love. Laine and Regis got married and that when all their misunderstandings started. Regis ends up pregnant, but when she tells Laine, he doesn't believe her. The doctor's told him he couldn't get a woman pregnant because of his love sperm count. He and Regis had to struggle to get back to each other. Everytime it seemed they were going to get back together, something would happen.I love the Ransom family. They are a loving family from the mother Amanda to the baby girl Elle. Each family member is unique. If you aren't familiar with them, you should start with the book Forever Always, Heart to Heart. Ray Ransom is in the book Hidden Blessings, which was published right before Forever Always. These stories are definitely keepers. Don't miss out, get familiar with them for yourself.
