Excellent memoir! Ambers heartfelt shares expanded my own heart

I had trouble putting this book down. The bite sized memories and insights were so well written. As someone who’s read tons of self help books and done years of therapy, it was really neat to witness Amber’s insights from all of her inner work and introspection. It was almost like therapy through a mirror. she writes vulnerably and authentically and I’m walking away feeling more empowered to be honest (instead of always “good”)
