Love Yourself is a book that is changing my life

Love Yourself, Like your life depends on it, is a great short read with a powerful message "Love Yourself". In it's simplicity lies power and truth. I have been educated and enlightened about how to feel about yourself. I had a low self image and beat up on myself all the time. I thought I was not much of a husband (divorced), not much of a father (irrational), and not much of a human being. I couldn't have been more wrong. My sister sent me this book after I drank too much and got in a serious accident. Behind all my attempts to medicate myself loomed one true secret, I didn't love myself. In fact I didn't like myself.
