EMOTIONAL EXCITEMENT

THIS BOOK KEPT ME UP ALL NIGHT TIL I FINISHED IT.IT WAS EMOTIONALLY EXCITING,VERY DRAMATIC, AND SEXY.

Very Similar to First Book

I enjoyed this book almost as much as The Courage to Love. My only comment would be how similar all the relationships were to the first book and all the plot points. It felt as though I had already read it and fortunately I enjoyed the first so the second may have been predictable but still enjoyable for what it is. It seemed like there was a set up for more books about same in the future?

Johnathon and Philip are childhood friends and war vets. They search and find the woman they can both love in Maggie.While she marries Philip, it has been planned for them to be a true menage with Johnathon, and the fun begins when he moves in with them. I like the story it is hot and goes through the historical points to catch you. The sex is great, and the scenes where the guys discover how hot sex together can get, WOW....

Hot. Hot. Hot.

This is the second of the Brothers in Arms series. Love Under Siege is very similar to The Courage to Love. The sex scenes in this book though similar are very erotic and show a new dimension to Menage a trois relationships. If you like your books with a bit of the forbidden I recommend Love Under Siege.

Maggie loves her husband, Phillip, and adores his best friend, Jonathan. Longing to satisfy her husband, Maggie suppresses her inhibitions and tries to fulfill Phillips many sexual fantasies. Mortified and unnerved by her emerging feelings, Maggie refuses to consider bringing Jonathan in as a third, even if it is something that Phillip strongly desires. Jonathan Overton adores Phillip's wife, Maggie. But it is not only Maggie that has captured his heart, but Phillip as well. When his feelings of adoration are returned, he counts himself one of the luckiest men in the world. While Maggie balks at having Jonathan as a third in her marriage bed, she doesn't hesitate to show him independently how much she loves and desires him. Jonathan wants more, but secretly feels deep down that he is unworthy. When tragedy strikes and Maggie is harmed, it will take more than her love to bring Jonathan back to her marriage; it will take Phillip's love for Jonathan as well. LOVE UNDER SIEGE is achingly tender and compellingly erotic. While I was treated to a great historical, I was also enmeshed in a fabulous ménage. Stirring emotions bubble from all three main characters; emotions that twisted my heart as I watched them struggle to acknowledge and accept feelings, needs and wants. Because living in a ménage relationship invites many repercussions, Maggie's indecision is perfectly believable and understandable. I don't blame her a bit for her reservations and I feel the author handled Maggie's feelings with finesse. Upon reading about their longstanding friendship, Phillip and Jonathan charmed their way into my heart. I felt completely at ease with their love, and found their relationship both wonderfully heartwarming and exceedingly erotic. LOVE UNDER SIEGE is the second Brothers in Arms book by Samantha Kane and I'm anticipating that it won't be the last. Samantha Kane very conveniently left some storylines hanging in LOVE UNDER SIEGE, and I can't wait to see if these issues are resolved in future novels! I emphatically salute Ms. Kane for a wonderful story well told!
