Love?: Thoughts on Love and Heartbreak!

Dating while gay. Sounds like fun. However, the poetry/ thoughts in this collection paint the picture of a hopeless romantics search for love and acceptance. The collection is dedicated to men the author has loved. The first piece "Dark Boy" sets the tone for the collection. "Dark Boy" is a piece dedicated to gay men of color living in a Grindr world., "I believe that you forgot /the same energy you've put into others/ you should be chasing your dreams." The writer is hopeful in pieces like, "Hands," and "Permission to Fall in Love." The last section of this collection is dedicated to one lover in general. In this section, the author finds love that isn't perfect. They love each other, things are rocky. The raw emotions are left in the pages before it ends. "Castles and Kings" and "Grindr" are the standouts in this section. .Love?... Is a quick read filled with raw emotions.
