In Love on the Frontline, we follow the story of two young lovers, Yulia and Ivan, whose romance is put to the ultimate test when the conflict between Russia and Ukraine breaks out. Yulia is a Ukrainian medical student living in Kyiv, while Ivan is a Russian soldier stationed in the Donetsk region.

Yulia volunteers at a hospital in Kyiv, working tirelessly to help those injured in the fighting. Ivan, on the other hand, is sent to the frontlines, where he witnesses the horrors of war firsthand.

They exchange letters whenever possible, sharing their hopes and fears for the future.
