The series of Sweet Valley High has a book named Love Letters, a book by Francine Pascal. This book is for girls and can be compared like a labyrinth you need to way for get out of it in this case the lie of Caroline. When you think that Caroline will never be discover with her big lie. Some old friends come and tell all the true. Caroline that has a family of popular sisters and excellent grades. She doesn't has friends well she does but they don't like her. She always tell lies for have attention. When she is coming everybody fell uncomfortable. Her lies will conduct to her dream and to her end in Sweet Valley High. Caroline is saying that she has a new boyfriend that anybody knows. Adams is sending Caroline love letters. Caroline has tell everybody lies about the most popular girls of Sweet Valley Elizabeth and Jessica. Caroline has a new problem she has so many lies that she cannot affront all the people she damage. The twins move out of town so now Caroline's dream is real she is the most popular. She is really happy and has more friends that she ever dream. This is the best moment of her life but when the twins finally arrive and the real problems for Caroline arrive. First the twins come from the school were "Adams" is and then all Caroline's lies end. I think that this book is for girls or boys that try to understand girls. I find this book extremely hard to put down because I want to know what will happen to Caroline's lies. I recommend this book I think that this is a excellent book also for people that need attention or people who tell lies for have friends. I love this book. You would be Caroline's friend?

First SV book that got me hooked!!

In an attempt to impress Jessica and to fit in with her snobby clique, Caroline invents a boyfriend. Unfortunately, Jessica and Lila challenge her, and Caroline finds herself turning to Liz Wakefield for help.Caroline Pearce seemed really vulnerable and lonely as opposed to the gossipy creature that she has always been portrayed as in the later books. The book explains why she feels the need to 'gossip' about others all the time. I think that the early books were interesting in the sense that they tended to focus on other SV characters rather than the twins and their tangled love lives.A definite must-read for any SV fan.

Fantasy teen romance

Lonely, unpopular gossip Caroline seeks attention from her rather cruel and shallow friends by inventing an imaginary boyfriend. She wins an immediate boost, but further damages her self esteem and plays into the hands of the very girls she wants to impress. Excellent SVH in which the question of accepting yourself gets more attention than the actual romance, but without stressing the moral rather than the teen drama.
