Love Letters In The Jungle

Nico Urukolic and Sindita Mercosa are deeply in love with each other. What began as a friendship quickly escalated into a romantic relationship that has both of them dreaming of a life together. Due to an unexpected family matter Sindita chooses to return to her home in Peru which violated the conditions of her F-1 student visa.

Unable to qualify again for a student visa the loving couple decide to get married in Peru, and then apply for Sindita's CR-1 spousal visa. While Nico coordinates his trip Sindita manages the family store which is thirteen hours from where her parents home is located. Determined to keep the business running she makes the long ride twice per week while her grandmother's broken hip mends. Ordinarily she makes the bus ride during the daytime but when her grandmother suddenly dies Sindita is forced to travel through the night.

When Nico doesn't hear from his soon-to-be bride his anxiety quickly grows. Hearing his phone ring he exhales as he answers it. Enrique, Sindita's father, fights back the tears as he explains to his future son-in-law Sindita has been abducted and is being held for ransom. He then shares with Nico the horrifying fact that most victims of abduction don't make it back to home alive. Nico knows he has to save the woman he loves. Doing so will require him to use all of the skills he learned as an Army Ranger, but desperately wished to forget.

While a team of rescuers hunt to find and rescue Sindita she is determined to free herself. If, she can manage to free herself from the chains that bond her she still has the daunting task of navigating her way through the dark and dangerous Amazon jungle to safety. Both the rescuers and Sindita will face an endless number of enemies and dangers all of whom live by no rules.
