Disturbing

At 20, Kirsten foolishly ignored her superiors' warnings and her parents' denial of her permission to jog alone, assuming GOD would protect her in spite of her disobedience. She paid the ultimate price. Her killer was a repeat offender, who got off very lightly for his heinous crime.
