Great therapy!!

As soon as I got this book, I begun to scan through its pages. It's beautiful. Great pictures, and excelent topics. You get recipes to fix, clean and harmonize your love life. For example, want to attract love into your life? want to share inconditional love with your couple? Do you want to accentuate the possitive qualities of love with crystals? Do you need an aphrodisiac or crystal for virility? What about breaking past ties? Healing Heartbreak? Transforming distressing feelings with crystals? or Creating loving and possitive surroundings? Well, all I have to say is that I really liked the book. Sure, I have some more books about crystals, so I can get more information about each gem and crystal mentioned, but I think the info here is enough for the topic. Just a last thought. "Anything you try and get, depends on your belief. Sure, the crystals have a vibration, but it is your energy and consciousness which can create change, just believe in yourself".

Delivers what it promises

Judy Hall is one of the few metaphysical writers I respect. Unlike many in the industry (Sylvia Browne, Doreen Virtue), she doesn't feel obliged to jack out a book every year to pad her bank account. That carries ethos with me. She's not in this field to separate fools from their money. She's written several books in the metaphysical field, mostly on crystals. Her "Crystal Bible" is considered the gold standard in the industry for stones and their uses. This book culls from the rather dense and large Crystal Bible the stones that are most useful to love. In addition to a reference to the stones, and the different kinds of uses they may be put to (self love, attracting love, etc) she inserts a few rituals and spells using the stones. And this is where the book loses a teensy star for me. Do not, please, think if you don't have exactly the right crystals that these won't work! Use her spells as samples or frameworks upon which to build your own work. If you can't find danburite, substitute something else. Don't have access to eight rose-quartz candle holders, don't freak out! That's my main problem--her spells are too specific, and may lead people to believe if they don't have everything exactly as she states it, the whole thing goes kerplutz. I like the idea of giving samples and ideas on how to use the crystals (her 'cord cutting' ritual is a keeper), but I wish she came across as a bit less didactic, a bit less 'do it my way or it ain't gonna work'. If you'd rather comb through a big crystal book looking for the right stones, if you already have her Bible, this book may not be worth the money for you. But if you just want this focussed information (crystals for love and some *suggestions* on how to work with them), this is a handy resource and a good investment for you.
