Love Along The Way is about what happens when we realize that all that has happened in our past relationships is a prelude to our future loves. Sometimes tragic and sometimes fun, each poem builds on the intensity of missing what we want the most...to be loved. The poems are arranged in a natural progression from love to pain to missing to confusion about why we endure. There are different moods, cadences, emphases, and while each poem is about a unique and different experience the end is surprisingly the same. The uniqueness is in the body of work's natural progression from the joys of meeting to the pleasures and pains of being in love, to an absence of one's beloved and past loves.
