Louie is a six year old Loopur who lives on a wonderful island, known only by the creatures that live there. Loopurs are yellow and have a green loop on their back. Louie doesn't like to listen. He doesn't think he needs to listen to adults, especially, when they tell him NEVER. There is a place he must never go without an adult, but he goes there anyway. He gets his best friend Bozie the Beeper (a bird) to go along, so there is double trouble. They learn what the word Never means. This book includes a number of pages to color following the story.
