Short Stories in the 90's

Ruben Mendoza captures human nature in the most realistic manner. He leads the literary revolution of fresh, new writers from a generation condemned and critized for the past ten years. He is witty and imaginative as he weaves story after story, some as short as a page. He manages to create astoundishingly realistic worlds from which we thrive in with each character, discovering our most intimate of feelings coming alive before us. The characters are powerful and real with just a few selective words. Ruben Mendoza is a true master of short story telling. Not since Marquez have I been so impacted by literature.

Don't put it down until you've read them all!

Mr. Mendoza uses different techniques and styles of writing. His work is interesting and thought provoking. This collection of stories is very enjoyable and illustrates exactly what I consider good writing.
