Weird -- pointless.

Another book that just seems to wander without much of a point; I'm donating it - no need to keep this one. No character to care about, not much to it other than pointing out how "best books" get nominated for awards for the silliest reasons.. No wonder I don't like many of them! Give me a great novel with a character(s) that I learn to care about -- this one was certainly not that.
