Looking Out My Back Window, Volume 1: Blog posts from 07/04/2017 to 06/24/2018

On the morning of July 4th, 2017, Dave sat in his home sauna and wrote a post looking out the back window of his house in Waupun, WI. Then he copied it to his website as a blog post. The next week, he did it again. And the next, and the next... and he never stopped. Eventually he decided that every year he'd post the blogs in book form as well. This is the first volume of the "Looking Out My Back Window" series of blog collections, featuring the first 52 weeks of blogs from July 4th, 2017 through June 24th, 2018. You can see the back yard change through the seasons, you can see where he went on vacation, and through it all he never stopped writing. In looking back on the writing now, it's not so much Dave having figured out how life is to be lived, telling you what to do. It's more like him trying to figure out how to get through life as happy and fulfilled as possible, while sharing his thoughts with you.
