Brenda Adams, began writing shortly after losing the love of her life after fifty-two years of marriage. Writing not only for comfort, but to preserve memories that might be forgotten. When the word cancer became a reality, a new life course had to be faced. Facing an unknown future became reality. The written words were a way of paying tribute to this loving son, brother, husband, father, poppa and friend. Even those whom he supervised in his employment often called him "Dad." He gently guided many young men in furthering their knowledge of business. These words are not only a tribute but a way of showing how a family lived walking an unknown path, living life every day in a loving and unselfish way. Rest in peace my love until we meet again. The title Looking Beyond the Clouds came from thinking of the eagles when sensing a storm. They fly above the clouds using the winds to rise above the adversity until the storm passes and danger has passed. Winds will blow and the storm may continue, but they soon will subside. Let the wind that brings turmoil lift you higher than what you perceive as danger. We can overcome the storms of life if we rise above them. The goodness of God gives you increase beyond measure.
