The logistics system includes but is not limited to the following:
Automatic pre-charge/formation logistics of prismatic cells, mainly docking the pre-charge tray logistics line, stacker, restraint machine, palletizing machine, pre-charging high temperature aging, nail pulling machine, pre-charging palletizing changing machine, high temperature aging, normal temperature aging, tray exchanger and the logistics line, the NG sorting robots, the sorting machine, and the logistics system connected with the previous and next process, fire protection, FMS, and MES, to realize automatic management and production.
All substations reserve a program interface for manual intervention, which can realize manual intervention and control of each unit. The production capacity of a single production line can meet technical requirements and the requirements of cell production process, product yield, product quality and so on. The design of each production line ensures normal production and manufacture after the replacement of all types of cells within the compatible range.
