Lizzy and the World of No'Sense

Lizzy is an ordinary girl. Or she wishes she was.

Like all children, she's grown up hearing all the fairy tales and nursery rhymes. But she never dreamed of being a princess, or going on a quest. Magical adventures sound dreadful and scary (and even annoying), Lizzy just knows she wants nothing to do with them. So she doesn't follow after white rabbits with pocket watches, or speak to fairies, or kiss frogs, or go find siblings stolen away by goblins. (They eventually turn up.)

Every time she comes across something peculiar like a talking fox or a magical lamp, she turns the other way.
Eventually, they will get the hint and leave her alone.
Lizzy is sure of it.

Too bad the world of No'Sense has noticed. It doesn't take kindly to all these rejections and it might just have one last trick up its sleeve: a formal invitation.
