Having special skills is certainly wonderful and all, but Liz - a woman in her forties, struggles with the responsibility that comes with something like this. Being able to create a waterfall with her hands is one thing, flooding the whole world would be another.
Liz meets a young girl on the streets in Los Angeles and one thing leads to another and Liz finds out that a high-end criminal is trafficking young girls. Being an independent woman, Liz doesn't see why she can't tackle the problem alone.
However, everything becomes fast-paced right away and Liz has to free the innocent girls while making sure that the bad guys don't catch her as well.
Luckily, a new super skill has surfaced and Liz does get some help from another... well, another female voice.
Once her partner, Matt, returns home, they work as a team as the criminal doesn't seem to stop until he has Liz in his possession.

Liz, who is still struggling to be part of the team of Elements, sets out alone to take down a ring of criminals trafficking girls in Los Angeles. Luckily, she discovers another special skill and gains a rather unusual new friend.
