Everyday guide to life clean & sober

This is a wonderful guide on all the things I never knew about... such as Patience, Rejection, Surrender, Humility. Not only does the book explain the emotions, but it offers good sound advice on what to do with them. The book is written by people who are all recovering from addictions. People who know and understand. Many, many times I turned to this book for answers. And I always give one to the newcomers.
