This is a book of the differences even a tiny bit of change can make and how each of us can ask ourselves to do just one extra thing. We've all heard the news about global climate change and habitat lose and fracking and.... We'd all like to do something about it, but many of us aren't ready to make the drastic changes required to live totally sustainably and we think "What difference can my little contribution make?" Each of us can add a few little sustainable practices to our day-to-day lives without much impact on the way we live our lives. I'll share how living minimally in so many areas of our lives can improve our environmental conditions.It's excessive to ask a society and its people to make drastic changes in a short space of time. However, it is not unreasonable to ask one person to change one behavior, just for today. Too often our decisions are made unconsciously without adequate information and understanding of their consequences. Making different decisions can lighten our influence on our mother Earth and, therefore, give our planet the means to recover.
