We could all write about our own lives. The present work is an illustration. If you are keen to publish, that is possible too. But nothing stops you writing even if no others shall see your work. Why bother? Because your writing enables you better to understand yourself and that -- in this author's view -- is why you are here. Yet won't some of the learning be painful? Certainly - so the process will strengthen you, and that is important too. So you will undergo changes - some big, some small. Learning and insight will be yours.
