Living Abroad was written with the purpose to help others in the process of improving themselves and changing their lives. The writer, Bryan Allen, left his native country (Panama) to live in Italy. Once there, he thought he would've the time of his life but found out that changing culture, place, friends, language and most importantly changing himself was not as easy as he thought. In this process he learned about himself and how to correctly adapt to a new life. Now he shares what he learned so that others can change themselves for the better even if they are not leaving their own country. He wrote this book to go straight to the point in each chapter so anybody can get the most out of it as soon as possible.
