Live Well: The essential guide for your life
LIVE WELL is the dream of every human being just when we are born, we meet a mother whose goal is that we live well.
In 2015, I wrote my book 100 reasons to live better, a compendium of 100 tips to make life more bearable for people. Looking for them to find the shortest way to get what they want, living at ease with society and with their families, while experiencing joy, good relationship with their own and their peers, and thus achieve to live to the fullest in abundance and comfort.
Now I bring you LIVE WELL, an improved version of that work of which unfortunately not many have heard about but that from today, with a quantity of exceptional human beings that includes you, much of the universe will find out for the good of every individual on planet earth.
In this edition of live well, you will find everything you need to succeed in whatever you have chosen to live, relationships, business, studies, experiences, family,
friends, spiritual life, no matter what your goal or way of life is, always on the path of good behavior, healthy life and in favor of humanity. After this project living well, we have great plans to continue improving our stay here on earth, and I thank the teacher Francisco Navarro Lara and several classmates from different countries who taught me so much in a short time.
The origin of these companions is diverse from places like Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Panama, Ecuador, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and many more.
A thousand thanks for allowing me to inspire you to live well, which is just the beginning. We also want to say, that we have prepared a conference based on the book for all ages, but excellent for young people focused on values and personal help which we are willing to take everywhere. Thank you infinitely, and this is living well, where fulfillment begins. My goal is...
