Wow, you can get peace from all the "little voices"

The first thing that struck me about this book as I started reading was that Blair really knows his stuff. The second and possiblely more significant realization is that he very quickly becomes a "long lost friend". His style is very unique and put me completely at ease. Having gotten some way into the book, I can really notice my own "little voices" where I was somewhat oblivious to them before. I do know that I will be forever changed by simply understanding what the voices are and why they came to be. I thoroughly recommend this book. It will change the way you think for the better.
