Excellent farm animal DVD

I have been looking forever for a basic farm animal DVD for my one-year-old (no ads or promos, no puppets/cartoons/toys, no loud music or over-the-top narration--just animals on the farm), and was wonderfully surprised to find it when I bought this book.

Wonderful Book and Fantastic DVD!

Wonderful book with beautiful photos and touchy/feely fur with DVD included. The DVD, however, steals the show - totally enjoyable by adults and children of all ages - great photography and such fun music - the animals are a delight to see!

Our Toddler Loves It!

Like the other reviewers, while the book is great too, I can't say enough about the DVD. Our 20 month old daughter loves it and would watch it over and over if we let her. The photography is great and colorful and the pace and length of the dvd is just about perfect for a toddler's attention span. If she's having a bad day this DVD really cheers her up!

Delightful! Classic! Charming! Must see the DVD!

This adorable chunky Petting Farm book is a special addition to our childrens library. We were thrilled to debut the DVD which is packaged inside the book. All of the children, from age 1 to age 7 were enthralled! It is brillantly shot & edited, and the music is delightful. You will not be dissapointed. I came back to purchase 4 more to keep in our "gift department". Anyone would be happy to recieve this as a gift! You will return to this Petting Farm DVD time and time again. We do!

Petting Farm

I just received this book and DVD and spent the afternoon with my grandchildren with the book and looking at the DVD. Although the children enjoyed the book, they were totally enthralled with the DVD and asked to see it again when it was finished. The photography in the DVD was exceptional and really gave the children a close-up look at the baby farm animals. Congratulations to the film-maker and the publisher for such a wonderful addition to our library.
