Favorite Book

Our family has loved this book for many years. This was a copy to give to an adult child who making his own collection of favorite books.

BEAUTIFUL ILLUSTRATIONS

Beautiful watercolor illustrations are the highlight of this charming book. For some reason, it's out-of-print, but I highly recommend it for children ages about 6-11. Story of a travelling troupe of performers, who, during the course of their shows, manage to grant wishes. They are followed by Penelope, a bumbling fairy godmother who has just one wish left to grant before retirement, but the Little Moon Theater always beats her to it. Charming all around.
