my 3-year-old loves it, and i love reading it to him

I picked this up at the checkout aisle of my local craft store. I was hesitant to buy it at first, knowing my husband might find it a little ... silly, but my son absolutely loves it. It's about a little dragon who lives in a cave in the side of a mountain. The story begins with Little Dragon reading a book about knights fighting dragons, after which he gets scared of "dragon-bashers." Meanwhile, three children from the castle on the other side of the mountain go on a "dragon-hunt," and friendship ensues. We've read it about once a day for a week or so now. I really love the "The End (Almost)" ending - afterward, there's a picture from the story with questions to ask about counting, colors, remembering characters' names ... I add and change up the questions, and my son won't let me close the book now without my asking at least 4 or so different questions.
