Nicely illustrated, cute story

There is just one little message in this book: "there's no place like home." The Little Critter's search for the best picnic spot, only to find trouble at one spot after another. They discover that the important thing is that they're spending time together, and that they just might find that home is the best place after all.Another sweet Mercer Mayer story, with lovely illustrations.
