Intense

Derek's book is an intense read. I literally could not put it down. Even thinking back on it, my heart begins to pound. His experiences are told with unblievable honesty and self searching. I kept wondering how he survived. Some might find it unbelievable because of it's raw content but I know from experience that people have and do live lives that boggle the imagination of those whose lives have ambled through more peaceful pastures. That Derek is still alive and is still a positive, decent loving person is a monumental testimony to the strength of the human spirit. This book is a must read for those who are unfraid to face the monster who lurks in us all. Your story has awed and humbled me. God bless you always, Derek. I really appreciate how you found the peace and safety of our Lord Jesus Christ.
