This is a story of a little boy "Bittu" who develops and nurtures a friendship with a tree.The story uses the bond formed out of this relationship to illustrate the growing need to conserve our ecological balance. While fauna is bit easier to love and form a bond with due to animation, flora is left behind.. Yet this story reaches into the heart of the young boy through boy's interpretation of the tree'semotions and by doing this the story animates not only the tree but also the growing concern over the conservation of our environment.
