The book aims at a comprehensive treatment of the concept of liberation in both theoretical and analytical contexts. This book is divided into three sections: The first part comprises of Gender Concerns and will deal with the major feminist issues-the theoretical as well as contemporary situations are taken up here. The second section of this book, comprises of a selection of case studies from both African and Indian scenario.
