Interesting because...

This was popular in the 80's and disappeared. It has reappeared within the last few years. It is very difficult and can be very illegal and costly. Actually selling your "liquid asset" requires someone with a liqour license and if its across states, knows the paperwork required for the sale of alcohol across state lines.
