A useful and highly portable guide to linux commands. Computer syntax can be, what you could charitably call esoteric, and linux is absolutely no exception to this, especially with the myriad array of command line fun and possibilities. So, for those not hardcore, quite handy if you want a print reference to how to type'em and what they do, and won't weigh your bag down, either. 4 out of 5

Great handy reference

The thing I like about this book is that it's small and handy and has only essential info. The information includes all the stuff that's a pain to find using man pages or by wading through all of those other thick books sitting on the shelf far away from my computer.
