This is a first hand account of my early life in Jamaica, my family and friends, my emigration to Britain and life there. It includes my fourteen years service in the Royal Air Force as an Armourer, in Scotland, England and Wales, and my life after the service to the present day. It includes my families early life, my father having to use his gun to defend us. The life of our family and his expatriate friends in our town and the move we made to Britain after my mothers death. Our new life in Britain, my schooling and venture into work and the Royal Air Force. My basic training, trade training as an armourer, my postings and service in the R.A.F. alongside members of other air forces, travelling around the country and world, serving on three different types of aircraft and both first and second line maintenance. It also includes my life after the R.A.F. and the adventures and close calls there. Thank you for your interest in my book, I enjoyed my service life very much.
