The incentive is a great precursor of good fruits to be harvested, what will be discussed from now on are discussions in order to understand and establish which entrepreneur characteristics are pertinent to be developed in future generations, such as the alpha generation, through the encouragement of children in the third childhood phase in which their perception of the world becomes more accentuated, allowing these generations to grow up with skills that favor both in personal life and in the labor market. Thus, the question arises: What are the benefits in stimulating entrepreneurial skills in children? Thus, the general objective of this book was to relate the development of children from third childhood onwards stimulated with entrepreneurial competences. And it was possible to interpret that, when children are properly stimulated from third childhood, a phase in which they have a better perception of the world, they are able to retain a better resourcefulness about responsibility, adaptability, awareness of opportunity, that is, they become more visionary, giving a better perspective for the future in the labor market.
