Lily the Lucky Ducky

Lily the Duckling finds out she is different./When her brothers and sisters make fun of her,/she lets her temper cloud her judgment./Lily swims off upset and thinking everyone/hates her./Not watching where she is going, she gets/closer and closer to the tall cattails and reeds/where there are gators/Suddenly a gator appears, Lily starts screaming./Wally grabs her but all the other/ducks dive at him/ pounding until he lets Lily go./Stunned and stiff she lays there on/top of the water/Her Momma cries, they fear she is dead./Lily finaly opens her eyes and discovers/she is alive./Suddenly a storm moves in and the/whole family rushes to get back to/the nest./The storm rages while Momma Duck/makes sure they all have learned,/never go off on your own and/never make fun of someone who is different.
