If we use a clear mind and consider how will what i'm about to do benefit me, in what area of my life can i use what i am about to do? Education, hard work, unwillingness to follow the ?In Crowd? and a few other positive considerations are often given a ?thumbs down? by those not willing to have a dream to follow. or they may have a dream, but by some unfavorable associations, or even personal disappointments, it has caused them to choose the wrong path to follow One of the things we need to do is appreciate the life that was given us and realize the our choices affect the outcome. how much better off we would be if we can be proud that we love ourselves enough not to allow any substance to be abused. Remember our body is our temple and it will act according to what we fill it with.
