The first section of this book, titled "Like People, These Are Not Meant To Stand Alone," was written July 9-August 8, 1994, while my wife was in Australia, my father was recently confined in a nursing home, and I was in care of my daughter (age 6) and my son (Age 6) at the family lake cabin.The second section of this book, titled "Ramblings scribbled on Birch Bark," was written summers 1967 through the summer of 2014.
