This book shows you how to enjoy all of your favorite foods (including desserts) without all of the extra fat and calories. In this cookbook, Mary Ross talks about proper portions and servings. She helps you determine how much fat, carbs, and protein you need. It is full of great receipes -from simple to gourmet. I highly recommend it!
